By accessing or using Access Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Access Pilot is a software utility designed to facilitate the management of user permissions for over 50 third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Microsoft Advertising.
The Service automates the generation of access request links and, where API access is permitted, automates the granting of permissions. For other platforms, it provides deep links to manual admin panels.
Access Pilot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, Microsoft, ByteDance (TikTok), or any other third-party platform supported by the tool. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
Credit System: The Service operates on a "pay-as-you-go" credit model. One (1) credit is deducted only upon the successful granting of access by a Client.
Pricing Plans:
Bulk Discounts: Agency users may receive discounts for bulk credit purchases (e.g., 10% off for 50 credits, 20% off for 100 credits) as advertised in the billing dashboard.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire.
Users on the "Agency" plan are permitted to upload their company logo ("White Labeling") to customize the client-facing experience. You represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights to any logos, trademarks, or images you upload.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Access Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Specifically regarding third-party accounts: You acknowledge that Access Pilot is a tool for facilitating permission management. We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or authorized access incidents that occur on your third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopify) resulting from your use of the tool. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity of the individuals to whom you grant access.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding fraudulent use of credits or misrepresentation of identity.
