By accessing or using Access Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Access Pilot ("the Service") is a software tool operated by Simple Technology Solutions, LLC that helps marketing consultants and agencies request and grant user-level access to clients' marketing platforms — including Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta (Business Portfolio, Pages, Ad Accounts, Catalogs, Instagram), Microsoft Advertising, TikTok for Business, HubSpot, and a growing list of additional platforms.
For platforms that expose a user-management API, the Service automates the invitation: the Client signs in with their platform identity, selects the assets they want to share, and Access Pilot invites the Consultant as a user with the chosen role. For platforms that do not expose such an API (for example, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Shopify, and major CMS providers), the Service generates a deep link to the platform's native admin panel pre-filled with the Consultant's email; the Client completes the invitation in the platform's own UI.
To operate the Service reliably, we and our service providers monitor it for errors, performance problems, and abuse using third-party error-monitoring and session-replay tooling. This tooling helps us diagnose and fix problems and is configured to mask personal content — on-screen text, form inputs, and media are masked in session replays, and your IP address is not collected through it. For details on what is and is not captured, and your options, see the "Error Monitoring & Session Replay" and "Cookies & Local Storage" sections of our Privacy Policy.
Access Pilot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, Microsoft, ByteDance (TikTok), HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Shopify, Stripe, Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), or any other third-party platform or service provider the Service relies on or interoperates with. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
Credit model. Access Pilot operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire. New accounts receive ten (10) free credits on signup.
When credits are deducted. Generating an access-request link does not deduct a credit. A credit is deducted only when the Client opens the link, completes the OAuth grant for a platform, and Access Pilot successfully records the grant. One credit is deducted per successful grant.
Pricing — Personal accounts. Credits are sold in fixed packs at a flat rate of $1.00 per credit:
Pricing — Agency accounts. Agency credits are sold in fixed packs with volume discounts:
Out-of-pack purchases. If you purchase a quantity outside the published packs (for example, to top up to a specific balance), that purchase is billed at the base per-credit rate for your account type with no volume discount.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. We do not see or store your full card details.
Refunds. Credits are non-refundable. If a grant fails through no fault of the Client or Consultant (for example, because of an Access Pilot outage), we will restore the deducted credit. Contact billing@accesspilot.io with the request ID.
Taxes. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
Account types. Each Consultant has a Personal workspace by default. Consultants may additionally create one or more Agency workspaces, each with its own name, branding, credit pool, and team.
Team roles. Agency workspaces support three roles: Owner (full control, including disband and billing), Admin (manage team members and generate links), and Member (generate links and view their own request history).
Workspace separation. Credits, request history, and team membership are scoped to the workspace they were created in. Switching workspaces does not transfer credits or history between them.
Authentication. Consultants may sign in with email and password or with Google Single Sign-On, and may optionally enable two-factor authentication with TOTP and recovery codes. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and recovery codes.
Eligibility. The Service is intended for professional use by individuals who are legally able to enter into a contract on behalf of themselves or the organization they represent. You agree that the information you provide at signup is accurate.
Consultants who operate an Agency workspace may upload a custom company name, light and dark company logos, and a redirect website URL to personalize the Client-facing access-request experience and the access-request email. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any name, logo, trademark, or other branding asset you upload, and that your use of it does not infringe any third-party intellectual-property right. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any uploaded branding that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the rights of others.
Each Consultant account is issued a unique referral code. When a new Consultant signs up using your referral code and completes a qualifying action, both accounts receive a referral-bonus credit as described in-app. Referral bonuses are credited to the referrer's Personal credit balance. We reserve the right to revoke or claw back referral bonuses that result from fraudulent signups, self-referrals, or other abuse of the program, and to change or end the program at any time on reasonable notice.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Access Pilot, Simple Technology Solutions, LLC, or any of its directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim and (b) USD 100.
Third-party accounts. Access Pilot is a facility for managing permissions; we are not responsible for any data loss, security incident, billing change, account suspension, or other adverse event on a third-party platform (including Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Shopify, and others) that results from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and authority of any Consultant you grant access to, and for managing or revoking that access from within the third-party platform.
The Service, including its software, design, copy, and logos (other than third-party trademarks), is owned by Simple Technology Solutions, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain all rights to any content you upload (such as Agency logos); you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content solely to operate the Service.
We may add, remove, or change features of the Service at any time. We may also change credit pricing, pack sizes, or discount tiers on a forward-looking basis; published prices apply to purchases made after the change takes effect, and credits already in your balance are not retroactively re-priced. We will provide reasonable advance notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms — including for fraudulent use of credits, misrepresentation of identity, abuse of the referral program, or use of the Service in a way that endangers other users or third-party platforms. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you want your data deleted, see the "Your Privacy Rights" section of our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at legal@accesspilot.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial. Class actions and representative actions are not permitted.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
